Product Service and Maintenance

STANMECH Technologies Inc. offers full service for the products we sell.
Our service centre is located on-site at our facilities in Burlington, Ontario, Canada.

John Wesselson (seen above) has been with STANMECH Technologies since October 2006 and handles all repairs as well as other responsibilities. He works extensively with the sales team, customers and suppliers. He aids in the building of control systems, provides applications engineering support through problem analysis and sample evaluation, and works to improve product design and service capability. He provides accurate quotes and follow-up information and also maintains and recommends part inventory levels.

You can be assured that any tool sent for repair will be quoted promptly and accurately and will receive the full attention of our repair technician while it’s on his bench.

If you are sending in a repair please fill out the repair authorization form and then call us or e-mail your company name and what type of tool you are sending for your RA number. This ensures our repair department runs smoothly and gives us the opportunity to plan for the future. Tools with RA numbers will be given priority so please call or e-mail us before you ship your tool.
